**About the role**:
We are currently in the process of expanding our business in Spain and we need to incorporate to our SD Worx Iberia team bold, proactive people, with team spirit, curiosity and ambition to grow professionally at the same time as the company does.

**Functions**:
As a Payroll Process Technician at SD Worx Iberia, you will help clients execute and optimize their payroll process, being the trusted advisor to our clients while we will work on your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.

Your day-to-day work with our clients:

- Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations).
- Payroll calculation and communication with Official Bodies (Social Security, SEPE, AEAT).
- Support and advice on labour procedures.
- Customer management at local level and activity monitoring at corporate level (for international companies).

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and labour law.
- We value a degree in Law, ADE, RRLL or similar.
- You have a strong interest in HR in general, and in particular in payroll management and legislation.
- You are eager to learn, enjoy customer relations and are able to work meticulously.
- You should be assertive and have good communication skills.
- You should contribute to our team spirit with a good dose of humor and your own style.
- We value fluency in English.
- We value experience with Integrho.
