**User Acquisition** tribe focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers
**Moment of Truth** tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included
**New Business** tribe focuses on launching new products, services and markets
**User Life** tribe maximises customer touchpoints by creating engagement opportunities. They are a home care partner guiding customers to the right solution
**Core** **Insurance** tribe owns all the products and features in order to support Luko's Insurance activities, from regulation to tech

Your mission in the team_**:
In the User Acquisition tribe, the Performance team is responsible for running paid campaigns on various channels to acquire a steady flow of new users on all markets while meeting profitability targets.

As the Junior Affiliate manager for New Launch, you will be instrumental in making Luko the European home care leader by scaling Luko's new services & geographies in Europe. Your mission will be to achieve the strongest and most efficient growth by building and running all affiliate campaigns for Luko.

You will be part of the Central Performance team and will mainly:

- Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
- Manage key partners for comparison websites, ensuring the programs are correctly communicated, targets are set and timelines are defined
- Run, develop & optimise lead generation campaigns with dedicated partners to meet your lead acquisition targets
- Be the key contact for our affiliate partners, maintaining close relationships and driving continuous improvements with all affiliates
- Structure the offers made to affiliates with clear terms, timelines and goals.
- Conduct analysis or help designing experiments to optimize key elements of the program
- Plan and coordinate efforts with internal design ressources to deliver high-performing assets to fuel your campaigns performance

Who are you?_**:_
Must have_
- 2-3 years experience in online acquisition, either in an Affiliate Marketing role or managing performance display campaigns (either in a B2C company or at an agency)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Creative, problem-solver and strong attention to detail
- Data driven, analytical thinker who is able to constantly be running tests and making optimization and exploring new opportunities through data
- Hands on & problem solver: you are autonomous and thrive in complex environments

**Languages**:English & Spanish full professional proficiency is mandatory**. French would be a plus
- Nice to have_
- Some exposure working with multiple markets and/or the launch of a new country
- Experience at a top affiliate company
- Growth marketing knowledge
