Legal Internship

**# What you'll do**:

- Be owner of the review and signing of contracts with suppliers.
- Support and improvement in the drafting of commercial agreements.
- Support in corporate & private equity law procedures.
- Support in research projects to improve the company's international tax and legal position.
- Support in the preparation of documentation in Due Diligence processes.
- Compilation of the appropriate documentation to successfully complete the process of obtaining subsidies and grants for the company.
- Assistance in the preparation of the “Legal set up” to open new markets.
- Maintain close contact with our accounting and labor agencies.
- Maintain close contact with our external lawyers.

**# How we imagine you**:

- Native/Advanced level of written and spoken **Spanish & English**:

- You are currently enrolled in a **Law Degree or Master** (Double Degree in Law + Business Administration will be particularly appreciated).
- Possibility of **signing an agreement** with your university or school is a must.
- A high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize time to multi-task and to determine the urgency of each assignment.
- Proactiveness and initiative, goal-orientation, management and organizational skills, open-mindedness, resilience, change management capacity, empathy and energy are your day-to-day soft skills.
- Adaptation to an environment of constant transformation and digitization.
- Tech lover and Google expert.
