Crew Training Administrator

We’re looking for a **Crew Training Administrator** who is passionate about aviation, detail-oriented, and excited to help our crews stay compliant, informed, and ready to fly.

**How will it be to work with us?**:
In this role, you'll be essential to the coordination and success of our flight training operations:
**Track and manage training records** for courses already completed.

**Enroll and monitor CBTs** through our Pelesys platform and AIMS.

️ **Organize training records** for upcoming sessions, ensuring everything is ready in advance.

**Respond to crew training inquiries** via the pilot training mailbox.

**Track EFOS Lifus reports** to ensure performance and compliance.

**Follow up on daily training schedules** and ensure full compliance with OM Part A & D and EASA regulations.

‍ **Support trainers and trainees** with training-related questions and content.

**Handle LPC and AoC notifications**, both before and after sessions.

**Contribute to process improvement** to make training more effective and streamlined.

Comfortable with **Excel** at an intermediate level.

️ **Fluent in English and Spanish** - both are required in our international, multicultural team.

️ Have **at least 1 year of experience in aviation (Flight Ops Department will be a plus)**
