**Hello We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.**

Ever dreamed of **making the skies safer** while working behind the scenes in aerospace? Here’s your chance We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented **Aerospace student or recent graduate** to join our **Quality & Safety team** and gain hands-on experience in **flight safety, quality assurance, and process improvement**.

**How will it be to work with us?**:

- Support **Flight Safety initiatives**, including Air Safety Reports management and Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) analysis.
- Perform **statistical control and analysis** of maintenance tooling calibrations.
- Help with **procedures manuals edition and compilation**.
- Manage **company records** efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the **documentation and issuance of Quality Reports**.
- Maintain **SACA/SANA information** up to date.
- Support the **training plan issuance and follow-up**.

**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- **Aerospace student or recent graduate** and know your way around aeronautics.
- You’re excited about **aviation safety and quality**.
- You’re comfortable with **MS Office**, and extra IT or programming skills are a bonus.
- You can **organize your work**, juggle multiple tasks, and roll with changes.
- Fluent level of English.
- Available 35+ hours per week starting in September.
