**Applications Engineer - Automotive**:

MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated professional to work in our automotive product line.

**Essential Functions**:

- Develop custom PCB using our solution for worldwide customer and evaluate its performance on EMC, efficiency and heat dissipation.
- Define specification and support the development of new products for automotive product line.
- Test and qualify new parts according to the requirement of the part.
- Become EMC expert at Barcelona office, understand and perform all EMC measures.

**Qualifications**:

- BS in related engineering field (MS preferred) + 2-3 years of industry experience in automotive electronics.
- Solid understanding of power electronics circuits.
- Experience with PCB design (at least one year).
- Good knowledge on EMC measures and test will be a plus.
- Oral / written proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
