PYRATEX® is an R&D company and têxtile supplier of innovative knit fabrics. We aim to replace synthetic materials in têxtiles with natural ones which are better for our bodies, and for the planet. Our materials are produced locally and made from either vegetal, recycled or biodegradable fibers. **Descripción del puesto**:
Be a part of a young international team where you will get to work directly with our Production Planner:

- Monitor fabric orders with suppliers, ensure lead-times, quality and connections alongside the Production team.
- Production back-office. Prepare purchase orders, align on quantities with the production facilities and prepare packing lists.
- Logistics. Control orders being shipped by the suppliers and clients. Manage shipments if required.
- Follow up with ongoing orders directly within our factories. At PYRATEX® the most important is the quality of our materials and our protected recipes.
- Solve production issues. When a problem arises you have to be the solution provider to the team and offer options for the client. We expect you to be proactive in offering alternatives and signaling problems.
- Liaison with external laboratories in regards to quality tests if needed.

**Perfil**:
We are looking for people who have
- Knowledge of the Textile supply chain or experience in a similar position is highly appreciated
- Advanced English (speaking & writing, minimum C1 level or equivalent is required)
- Highly motivated in the world of responsible fashion, start-ups and new technologies
- Organised, deadline & detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of G-Suite / MS-Office
- International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment
- Available for travelling to visit different production sites
