**We are looking for a talented Ssr. Product Operations Analyst to join our Operations team**

We’re redefining payment integration processes and optimizing operational efficiency. As a key player in the payments industry, we’re dedicated to seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

**What We Need**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in Operations or a similar field.
- Familiarity with all business functions, including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and IT.
- Exceptional presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
- Experience within the payments industry is highly advantageous

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the bridge between internal and external teams to streamline integration processes.
- Collaborate with local testers to assess and enhance payment gateway performance.
- Possess a deep understanding of technical integration processes to effectively communicate blockers and solutions internally.
- Conduct contextual analysis to prioritize LimePay’s integration efforts, optimizing tech resources.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to drive operational excellence.
- Regularly report on operational performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
