**Descripción**:
En **Acertto Talent Linkers** estamos búsqueda de un **FINANCE CONTROLLER** en **Valencia**. Si te apasionan las finanzas, la contabilidad y las tareas administrativas esta oportunidad es para ti. Serás responsable de la salud financiera mediante la elaboración de informes financieros y el apoyo a las estrategias de desarrollo de negocio basadas en la investigación financiera.

**Tus Funciones**:

- Realizar (y en el futuro supervisar) las operaciones financieras cotidianas de la empresa española, como nóminas, facturación, cobro de deudas y otras transacciones, muy importante entender la estructura de royalties en Europa y facturar los royalties según lo acordado en las licencias de la empresa. Supervisar y orientar a la parte subcontratada, en las operaciones financieras diarias.
- Contratar servicios externos para la preparación de impuestos (por ejemplo, precios de transferencia), auditoría, banca, inversiones y otras necesidades financieras según sea necesario.
- Realizar un seguimiento de la situación y los resultados financieros de la empresa para identificar posibles áreas de mejora.
- Buscar métodos para minimizar el riesgo financiero de la empresa en ámbitos concretos en los que la empresa ha subcontratado actividades a socios estratégicos.
- Investigar y analizar informes financieros y tendencias del mercado.
- Revisar los datos financieros y preparar informes mensuales y anuales, incluidas previsiones renovables y proyecciones de tesorería.
- Mantenerse al día de los avances tecnológicos y de los programas informáticos de contabilidad que se utilicen con fines financieros.
- Establecer y mantener la organización administrativa y el control interno.
- Comprender y cumplir la legislación y los reglamentos financieros y de propiedad intelectual específicos.

**Requisitos**:
**Competencias y cualificaciones**:

- Titulación superior en contabilidad, empresariales, economía, finanzas o un área relacionada.
- Varios años de experiência en un puesto financiero en un ambiente internacional; preferiblemente en el sector hortícola.
- Excelentes habilidades matemáticas, analíticas e informáticas (BI, Excel).
- Comprensión y manejo del ERP Business Central (o Navision)
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales, se requieren conocimientos de inglés y español.
- Trabajador en equipo, mentalidad práctica.
- Integridad, honestidad.
