MULTISCAN Technologies (Duravant Company), a leading industrial company specialized in the development of advanced artificial vision and robotics solutions for the agri-food industry , and part of a top-tier multinational group , is currently in a key phase of growth and professionalization of its organizational structure. In this context, we are looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller to assume a strategic role within the Finance function , acting as a business partner to Management and actively contributing to financial optimization, cost control and decision-making in a highly demanding industrial, technological and international environment . The position is aimed at professionals with experience in industrial and/or multinational environments , accustomed to international reporting , structured processes and transformation and growth projects . Key Responsibilities Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analyzing deviations and profitability by product, plant or market, and assessing operational efficiency through financial and industrial KPIs (unit cost, margins, productivity, OEE). Supervise general accounting and monthly and annual financial closings , ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Prepare and present periodic financial reporting to both Multiscan Management and the Duravant Group , in an international environment with English as the working language. Perform industrial cost control and ensure proper inventory valuation . Develop and implement financial KPIs and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools . Ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS, US GAAP) and coordinate external audits . Work closely with Management on investment evaluations, CAPEX analysis and strategic planning . Lead and develop the finance team , fostering continuous improvement and process efficiency. Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar . Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Controller, FP&A or Management Control roles, preferably within industrial and/or multinational environments . Advanced English level (minimum C1), with the ability to operate in international contexts. Certification is not required, but the ability must be demonstrated. Strong knowledge of advanced Excel , ERP systems (Microsoft D365, SAP, Navision, Oracle or similar) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset , attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. Availability to work from the offices in the Alcoy area , with a flexible hybrid model and occasional availability to travel .
