En Devoteam, necesitamos incorporar a la unidad de Servicenow, un tech Lead o arquitecto Servicenow con los siguientes requisitos: - Experiência probada de al menos 5 años en el diseño e implantación de procesos ITIL en herramienta ITSM, preferiblemente ServiceNow. - Experiência y capacidad para gestión de equipos, proyectos y proveedores. - Habilidad para trabajar en ámbitos internacionales. - Inglés Alto. Funciones: - Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de ServiceNow (Ventas, Producto, Servicios profesionales ) para obtener recomendaciones y documentación según necesidades. - Participar en procesos de pre-venta. - Proponer soluciones en la plataforma. - Elaboración de ofertas técnicas. - "Mentoring" en nuevas incorporaciones.
