Job Description： 1、Responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for Europe customs clearance and last-mile logistics services, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Be able to provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholder's requests with strong problem-solving skills. 2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and logistics providers in Europe, optimizing supply chain processes and improving operational efficiency. 3、Manage and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with Alibaba International's business needs and compliance standards. 4、Analyze market trends, monitor costs, and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and value enhancement. 5、Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and last-mile services, resolving interdepartmental issues. 6、Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. 【职位描述】： 1、负责制定和执行欧洲清关与最后一公里物流服务的采购策略，确保服务质量和效率。能够根据业务需求定制出可落地的、快速有效的解决方案。 2、与欧洲各地的海关、物流供应商建立并维护紧密合作关系，优化供应链流程，提高运营效率。 3、管理并评估供应商绩效，确保符合阿里国际的业务需求和合规标准。 4、分析市场动态，监控成本，通过谈判和合同管理实现成本节省和价值提升。 5、协调内部团队，确保清关和最后一公里服务的顺畅，解决跨部门协作中的问题。 6、遵循既定的采购政策、程序和道德标准，确保符合相关法规。评估并改进采购流程，以提高效率、降低成本并降低风险。
**Position Requirement**
Job Requirements： 1、Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 2、More than 10 years of experience in procurement or logistics management, with a preference for experience in customs clearance and last-mile services. 3、Familiarity with global customs regulations and processes, and solid knowledge of supply chain management. 4、Outstanding negotiation skills and supplier management abilities, capable of establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 5、Excellent English and Spanish communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams. 【职位要求】： 1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流或相关专业。 2、10年以上采购或物流管理经验，有清关和最后一公里服务经验者优先。 3、熟悉全球清关法规和流程，具备良好的供应链管理知识。 4、具备出色的谈判技巧和供应商管理能力，能够建立并维护良好的供应商关系。 5、良好的英语、及西语沟通能力，能够与全球团队有效协作。
