**What your responsibilities will be**
- Develop and execute product strategies for the cell therapy product line that align with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the cell therapy sector.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates.
- Develop pricing strategies and positioning for new and existing cell therapy products.
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content specific to cell therapy.
- Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies for cell therapy products.
- Organize industry events, conferences, and webinars focused on cell therapy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines related to human biological materials and cell therapy.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry with a focus on cell therapy.
- Strong understanding of the biotech market, particularly in cell culture (human sera and supplements) and cell sourcing (Leukopaks).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
