**HR Generalist (M/F/d)**:
**based in Valencia**

**Your responsibilities**:
**HR Administration & Employee Support**
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll in collaboration with our external provider
- Advise and support managers and employees on personnel-related matters
- Prepare employment-related documents and maintain up-to-date HR records and databases
- Handle daily administrative HR tasks and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate transparently with the Works Council, including support in consultation processes and co-determination matters

**Recruiting & Onboarding**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including pre-screening, contract preparation, and onboarding
- Contribute to developing and improving tools and processes to attract top talent, in close collaboration with the People & Culture team

**Performance Management & HR Projects**
- Support the annual compensation and performance review cycle
- Act as key user for the HR software, maintaining organizational structures and working time models
- Take part in HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and digitalization projects

**Your profile**:

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within Human Resources, ideally in an international company
- Structured, self-driven working style with a strong service orientation
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Confident in working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
