**What we expect from our new colleague**:
- Willing to provide support to the Accounting/Finance Department.
- Basic knowledge of PGC (Plan General Contable) or another European GAAP
- Invoicing and bookkeeping
- Cash flow management
- Bank reconciliationsPerforming basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
- Most of the time you work from home or in our office in Barcelona.
**The wish list for an Accountancy Assistant**
- Accounting degree and/or work experience related to Finance and/or Accounting.
- More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses.
- I.T. skills (Word & PowerPoint) with Excel (basic formulas, pivots tables, “if” statements and lookups).
- ERP and CRM knowledge (Dynamics 365 Business Central knowledge is a plus)
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

- Excellent command of **Spanish **and **English **(French is a plus)
- You are a European citizen or have a valid long-term European work and stay permit.
