**The Mission**
As a Data Analyst you will work closely with the data team and the project management team in order to determine data implementation requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for data cleaning, advanced data manipulation, and analysis strategies for data.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Manipulating, cleansing & processing data using Excel, Access and SQL and other existing tools
- Implementation of projects in the CRM
- Collaborate with the CRM Admin/ Data Strategist for project implementation
- Implementation of raw and delivery exports in the CRM
- Analysis of raw data, drawing conclusions & developing recommendations
- Data auditing, creating data reports & monitoring data for accuracy
- Provision of monthly/ quarterly quantitative reports and statistics
- Conduct analysis on the data from external providers, conduct GAP analysis, select data and prepare files for DB backload
**Professional experience and skills**:
- Degree in information technology, business information systems or similar is preferred
- Fluent English
- Proactive personality with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Managing and prioritizing workload, taking ownership of all assigned tasks
- The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Excel.
- Strong data management, organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to details
