**Mission**

BA is key pillar in the digital journey. BA will be leading the deployment of new technology solutions to ensure business digitalization. Drive automatization and data analytics. Understand technologies (Machine Learning, Predictive tools, etc) and how to bring added business value to different Functions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with Power Bi, Python, Azure
- Experience working with agile methodology
- University degree with strong analytical component. Preferred IT
- Masters degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, will be an added value
- Business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential

**Must have**
- At least 2-3 years exp of projects in related fields of Sales/ Marketing/ Digital/Supply.
- At least 2 years of experience working as Data science, Bi Specialist, or business analyst.
- Have worked on & supported projects in areas of leveraging Data & Analytics to address business problems in areas of Sales, Marketing, Digital Supply etc.
