**What you will do**:

- Manage client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.
- Responsibilities may include the development of presentations and managing of external relationships.
- Seek compelling opportunities beyond the scope of the current project
- Provide guidance to more junior members of the team while orchestrating the work of the entire team.

**What you will bring**:

- An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines.
- A sharp analytical mind capable of identifying key insights from complex datasets and structuring findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Strong foundation in statistics and deep technical expertise across a wide range of tools, including:

- Databases (SQL, BigQuery, NoSQL)
- Programming languages (Python, R)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Machine learning methods
- _ Familiarity with data engineering solutions is considered a plus._
- Proven track record in leading analytics projects and managing high-performing teams, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting or a relevant industry role, including at least 1+ years in a project leadership position.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-relevant insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish.
