SAP Coe O2c Business Analysis ERP Expert

**Position Overview**

SAP O2C Consultant based in Barcelona, Spain.
- The position is an SAP O2C consultant position, part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence working on SAP O2C implementation projects
- Lead role for the multiple S/4 roll-outs in EMEA and APAC region
- This position requires broad expertise across the O2C domain with skills in a variety of functions within SD module such as Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO
- To define detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, functional specification and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.
- Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Developing and supporting knowledge transfer documentations and process.
- You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Barcelona.
- We expect travel to be approximately 25% of your time
- Within a matrix organization you will report to the O2C S/4 Program Lead

**Performance Achievements**
- You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
- You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 - 3 months)
- You will be required to build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 - 3 months) in order to facilitate rapid solutioning
- You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
- Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and actively participate in regular safety programs.
- Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
- Act in an environmentally responsible manner and adhere to site 5S safety standards.

**Key Competence Requirements**

You’ll need to have:

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Min 7 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of multiple SAP O2C modules/functions (Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules) as well as general SAP ECC knowledge
- Played a Lead Consultant role, ideally with numerous ECC or S/4 implementations in O2C domain
- Strong knowledge of business processes within the Customer Service and/or Logistics area
- A commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments and be an outstanding self-starter
- An ability to work independently in a “remote working” organization
- A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

Your knowledge of SAP must include:

- Deep understanding of a variety of O2C modules and of end to end business processes within this domain
- Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP O2C modules across complex and highly integrated order entry & pricing processes

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
- Basic understanding of ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within SD (exits, VOFM)
- Experience in integrating SAP with C/4 HANA Sales/Service
- Experience in working with warehouse managed on eWM
- MBA is preferred
- Experience or understanding of SAP BRF+ is an added advantage
