Within PPG we're looking for a SAP PP-PI / PP-DS Lead Consultant based in Barcelona, Spain. You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on S/4 Roadmap projects. We ask that you have expertise in SAP modules around Production Planning. You will liaise remotely with several of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Barcelona area. Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to Global SAP CoE D2R Stream Lead. **Key Responsibilities** - You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders - You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our S/4 template (within 1 - 3 months) - You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 - 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning - You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible - You will coach, lead, and support junior members of the Demand to Replenish project team to allow them to contribute fully on the project - You will implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis. - Propose, program or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements following SAP standard and our foundational S/4 template as closely as possible. - Due to your important role in our S/4 Roadmap projects we expect travel to be approximately 25% - 50% of your time - A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. - Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing - Min 7 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of SAP D2R modules PP, MM, PP-PI, PP-DS - Played a Senior Consultant role in some S/4 implementations in D2R domain. - Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area. - Be comfortable in a “remote working” organization. - Experience with PP-PI, PP-DS modules and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain planning domain. - Experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP modules across complex supply chain distribution networks. - APICS certification will be an advantage. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
