- Description & Requirements- A day in the life of and Inside Sales:
- Responsible to build a territory mapping and account planning on the key accounts and execute on it through programmatic campaigns or any other strategic approach
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets/quotas within emerging markets (Eastern Europe and Middle East).
- Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Learn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions within the COM IBU scope.
- Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
- Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
- Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.
- Actively participate in the Team Culture as this is what makes us proud.
- Background selling or positioning software.
- Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
- High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
- Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
- Basic Qualifications:
- English speaker at a high level (fluent/bilingual) any additional languages in the region are a plus - preferably Czech
- Background selling or positioning software.
