**THE TEAM**:
The Integrated Marketing Planning team at Eventbrite, under the Marketing Strategy & Operations department, plays a pivotal role akin to that of air traffic controllers, but for the company's marketing content across all channels. They ensure the seamless coordination and timing of the content launches, in perfect sync with the business's Activation Calendar. This team manages the marketing calendar, ensuring that every piece of content not only goes live on the expected dates but also aligns flawlessly with Eventbrite's business objectives.
**THE ROLE**:
The Integrated Marketing Planning Analyst would be pivotal in synthesizing cross-channel marketing data to inform company-wide decisions and strategies. This role involves performing in-depth analysis across all marketing channels, building marketing insights for business leadership, and coordinating reporting needs among marketing teams for reporting enhancements.
**A day in your role...**:
Your day begins with a fresh cup of coffee and the performance data from the previous week across all marketing channels. The orders have increased threefold compared to the previous week and you want to know why and which channels helped deliver them. You do a series of deep dives from different angles and conclude several hypotheses. You check in with the relevant marketing channel leads to confirm these hypotheses and get more context on their launched activations. With these insights, you build a report and send it to marketing and business leadership as a pre-read before being presented the following day.
With that great report off the table, your collaboration skills come into play as you meet with various marketing channel leads to discuss the new metrics they want to include in the reports. You're the bridge across teams, ensuring their reporting needs are understood and addressed. You liaise with the Data Product team to share the feedback from the marketing leads and together define a roadmap they would implement to make the reporting improvements.
As the day progresses, you focus on a content franchise analysis to inform if said franchise is delivering the marketing objectives it was expected to deliver. Turns out the content franchise is performing “ok” but you feel some tweaks could be done to improve its conversion. You reach out to the relevant channels, discuss the interesting findings with them, and conclude that some changes should be made to further improve it. As you are closing for the day, one of the marketing leaders slacks you to congratulate you for the interesting insights you have unearthed and shared in the report that morning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth cross-channel analysis for a campaign, franchise, marketing strategy, or company-wide reporting, identifying trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimization efforts.
- Coordinate marketing teams' reporting needs, ensuring comprehensive cross-functional alignment across reports and metrics.
- Liaise with the Product team to coordinate (but not implement) the changes needed in our data structures to align with our strategic and marketing needs.
- Monitor and assess marketing channels' content go-live capacity to optimize campaign timing and reach.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong background in cross-channel analysis.
- Experience in digital marketing metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
