In this role, you will be welcoming our customers and governing processes for the following:
**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with guidance and help in processing their transactions.
- You will ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules, and you will professionally deal with customers' inquiries in a timely manner.
**Role Requirements**
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages
- Customer service experience in money transfer operations would be considered a great advantage
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in cash management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
