We are assembling a select, tight-knit group of individuals to join our company as a **Partnership Success Manager**, the first point of contact for our prestigious partners in the DACH region.

**What will you be doing?**
- ** Oversee Day-to-Day Brand Management**: Spearhead the operational management of assigned brands, with a specific emphasis on executing brand activations during football matchdays.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients in the DACH region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- ** Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking brand clients, providing timely and effective communication.
- ** Business Development**: Identify opportunities for growth and upselling potential within existing client accounts, driving revenue expansion and strategic partnerships.
- ** Digital Signage Project Leadership**: Act as the key liaison between clients, sporting clubs, and the AIM Sport design studio, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- ** Market Insights and Presentations**: Develop and present comprehensive case studies and market trend analyses to clients, both in-person and virtually, to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client relationships.

Key Requirements**:
- ** Language Skills**: Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to maximize their experience with our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer success.
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing client accounts.
