The impact you will make
- You will be managing, and leading, a cross-functional dynamic product analytics team ( 5-7 people)
- Interact with stakeholders including product management, privacy, user experience, software development, marketing, sales, and data science.
- Manage your team to execute against project plans and delivery commitment. Identify risks, define corrective mitigation actions and report to higher management
- Owning the complete software development lifecycle; defining, prioritizing, designing, and leading implementation and testing of new features
- With support from the manager, sets employee performance objectives, conducts year-end performance reviews and recommends pay actions
- Define team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed.
- Coach individuals in your organization to continuously learn and develop themselves.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the way of working and instigate a continuous improvement culture.

What you'll need
- 1+ years' experience leading and managing a technical team: leading by example, supporting, motivating and guiding the team
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer/data scientist/data engineer
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Strong level of proficiency with Python and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to break down complex concepts into easily understood frameworks and models
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, good at data storytelling
