Data Engineer

**Tasks in the role**:

- Integration and collection of data from different internal and external sources into a single Data Warehouse (ETL procedures).
- Automation of data collection and analysis processes.
- Monitoring of data sources.
- Interaction with Data Scientists in the process of designing and implementing tasks.
- Data quality analysis and evaluation.
- Interact with analysts (Data Scientists).

**Examples of our solutions**
- Domain traffic prediction based on clickstream.
- Defining the demographics of the domain’s audience.
- Categorization and clustering of domains by topic and industry.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience in commercial Python development.
- Experience with databases: ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or any other.
- Experience collecting, processing, and transforming data.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- English level—B2 or above.
- You have experience in API development and design.
- Experience working with large data arrays.
- Experience with Docker, K8S, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of pandas/numpy.
- Experience with Airflow.
- You have experience with any cloud, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

**A bit about the team**:
**The Pistachio team** is part of the Market Research Unit, which develops products for domain traffic and market analytics. The result of our work is the data used to create reports and display widgets. We work with a really large amount of data and use machine learning in our solutions.

We treat data as a product, and that’s why we constantly try to improve it and make it better for the users of trends products while making better assumptions based on it.
