We are currently looking for a Producer to join our team based in Madrid who supports a wide array of local and international clients with their production needs

**Requirements**:

- A strong background of producing best in class digital content, within an agency or production house
- Expert understanding of what digital productions are all about: lean, agile, pulling together small but best in
- class teams
- Strong client relationships skills: managing timing and budget
- Team player
- Creative judgement
- Solid understanding of post-production production processes: audio, editing, VFX, animation
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Very high standards and an eye for detail
- Experience of managing budgets
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly to clients the good and the bad with a constructive approach.
- Able to work under pressure in a deadline driving environment
- Able to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translating the client briefs into an executional plan
- Managing the client relationships and being the main point of contact for them
- Acting as a line producer and being in charge of:

- Sourcing all the required material
- Selecting, assigning and organising the best resources/talent for each project
- Manage the post-production process
- Project management from client brief, through to estimating, billing and delivery of the work
- Managing timing plans and ensuring deadlines are met
- Prioritising projects for multiple brands and clients, in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Managing the distribution of content across all channels, working with internal and external partners (e.g. Media agencies)
- Organising photo and video shoots
- Managing the budget for each campaign and keeping the Client Lead and the finance / operations team informed of significant changes throughout
- Building the right teams of talent, based on the nature of the brief, working closely with the Dragons Client Lead
- Brief, inspire and work effectively with front-of-camera talent and other creative and digital production teams
- Scheduling and organising kick off meetings, creative presentations, pre-production meetings and (including travel logistics where required)
- Ensuring content is on brief, of high quality and compliant with local requirements
- Ensuring that all deliverables are error free, on time and in line with client facing quality expectations
- On occasions solely dealing with the post-productions side of things

- Spanish (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus
