**Your tasks**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Manage the customer relationship during the Project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensure that all technical and commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently
- Manage project budgets by controlling costs to be controlled
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and submit project monitoring reports internally and to clients

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of project management experience in the packaging Industry
- Understanding of after-sales services and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Spanish and English are mandatory, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
- Organized, reliable, methodical, proactive and assertive
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and Tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to travel
