**Your Role**:
We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst**to join our growing Data Analytics team, supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. In this high-impact role, you will harness data from our sales processes, third-party tools, and product usage to drive insights that fuel our ambitious growth objectives. Using SQL, advanced analytics techniques, and tools to create dashboards and visualizations, you will deliver actionable insights across the business.

Collaboration is key; you'll partner with the broader Business Operations department and stakeholders all over the company to align our analytics roadmap with the strategic goals of our revenue-generating and product development teams. Your expertise will guide data modeling, analysis, and self-service Tableau dashboard creation, with opportunities to manage and mentor a growing team.

**Must-Haves**:

- **Proven experience**: You have 3-5 years of advanced skills in data analysis with a strong command of SQL and Tableau, successfully translating data into meaningful insights.
- **Exceptional communication skills**: You can break down complex concepts for various audiences, from peers to executives, making data accessible and engaging.
- **Data storytelling skills**: You are an experienced communicator of complex topics, and are skilled in delivering impactful insights that prompt action, enhancing decision-making at all levels.
- **Thirst for learning**: You're passionate about solving data challenges, eager to learn, and keen to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
