Strategy & Portfolio Manager

**Your role**: we are looking for a Strategy & Portfolio Manager to join the Procurement - Sourcing Life Science team. This role is a part of the Strategy Suppliers & Value Driver Strategies team and reports to the Head of Strategic Suppliers and Value Driver Strategies. You will play a pivotal role in developing value driver strategies for Sourcing Life Science at a global level with high visibility and impact, identifying interdependencies between multiple initiatives/projects as well as supporting program management of key critical initiatives. You will define global value driver strategies, and strategic roadmap and translate them into meaningful objectives to support the successful execution of sourcing activities aligned with stakeholders' expectations. You will care for and support strategy development with core strategy skills - structuring, story-lining, analytics, business case development, workshop facilitation, project management; collaborating with relevant global partners as needed. You will provide program/project management support for high-priority, value-driver initiatives as needed. You will build and implement program/project tracking and reporting tools to ensure proactive management, appropriate visibility, and clear communication with all relevant partners, working collaboratively with Sourcing Life Science leaders and sourcing managers where relevant. You will manage programs/projects prioritization, in order to reallocate efforts when vital while being flexible/agile to pioneering challenges/changes. On strategic projects/topics perform high-level analysis and collect insights/feedback from all Sourcing Life Science leaders to build a combined proposal. You will evaluate information from internal and external sources, considering its strategic direction relevance summarize it in an executive way. You will develop and deliver presentations to the Leadership Team (VP & C-Level) to cover team/projects performance, defined strategies, and progresses in its execution.

**Who you are**:

- You have a University degree (business related); a Master's degree is strongly preferred
- You have a demonstrated ability of a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Management Consulting company/role
- You have previous experience in strategy development or as a Program Manager, Project manager, following up from its strategic conceptualization toward its execution and progress
- You have proven experience with International exposure & global/regional projects
- You are proficient in English (developing content/pitches for senior management), minimum C level.
- Interacts with leaders (PO & Business) for the alignment of strategies, programs, projects, and their successful realization
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to manage the partners, including delivering compelling pitches
- You have the ability to navigate in a global matrix environment balancing multiple team members across functions. You have a curious mind
