Your daily tasks will entail:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, META, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals- Perform in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROAS- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum impact- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies- Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion rates, with a clear learning agenda in place to continuously improve conversion rate (CR%) performance- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content that resonates with target audiences- Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) to measure and report on campaign performance- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and performance summaries to senior management, clearly communicating results and strategic recommendations
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on PPC, social media, and programmatic advertising- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget digital campaigns with a strong ROI- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel to analyze performance metrics- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Experience working in ecommerce or B2B SaaS environments and experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) will be considered as an advantage._
