**Job description**:
To support our growing activity in Spain we are looking for a **Health and Safety Engineer,**to join our team in **Madrid**. With an intervention on **design and build industrial projects**, your main responsibilities will be:

- Deploy the Group’s Health & Safety policy on construction sites and ensure its consistency across projects,
- Conduct regular site audits, identify non-conformities, and define and monitor action plans,
- Advise operational teams on work execution in compliance with HSE standards, carry out field inspections, and assess risks,
- Act as the interface with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and participate in site meetings to support the teams,
- Lead HSE reporting (indicators, activity reports, action plans, etc.),
- Promote a positive safety culture.

**Profile**:
With a minimum of **8 years’ seniority**, you have a proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction sector. With a **technical mind-set**, you have good knowledge of Spanish Health and Safety regulations and standards applicable to construction. **Must have : 60 hour occupational risk prevention course.**

Your excellent communication, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

**Speaking fluently Spanish and English**, you enjoy multicultural teamwork.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are **open to frequent travel across Spain**.
