We are looking for an experienced **Translation Project Manager **to join our team in **Spain**

You will be responsible for managing clients' translation orders, according to customer requirements and company standards.

As **Translation Project Manager **you will work on the full project life-cycle for translation orders, independently and as part of our global team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Process execution** throughout the whole project life-cycle (receiving requests, creating quotes, managing resources, execution, control and closing)
- **Monitoring overall workflow **timelines including service delivery (translation, revision, DTP)
- **Managing the** **financial aspects** of your projects, including gross margin and invoicing
- **Maintaining client relationships** as the first point of contact with your clients at operational level
- **Representing the organisation** to our customers
- **Guaranteeing customer satisfaction**

**Requirements**:

- **2 years experience** in translation project management
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of **English **and **Spanish **is required
- Great **organisational skills**:

- Experience managing **multiple multilingual projects simultaneously** working on very tight deadlines
- Used to **working under pressure**:

- Ability to deal with difficult situations, conflicts and complaints
- Familiar with **CAT tools **(e.g. Memesource, SDL Trados Studio)
