**Job Description**:
We are searching for **Senior** **Talent Acquisition Partner **to join our Experian Talent Acquisition team
As a **Senior** **Talent Acquisition Partner**, you will be partnering closely with the Global Finance Services hiring managers for talent attraction and employer branding activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting process (direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding)
- Partner hiring managers within the talent attraction and selection process by establishing strong partnership relationships and act as a trusted talent advisor
- Drive employer branding activities, as well as managing effective relations with universities, academies, career fairs and various recruitment related events
- Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
- Collaborate effectively with local and global HR teams and take active part in various projects and initiatives supporting our talent attraction and diversity and inclusion agenda
Qualifications**
Requirements**:
- 4+ years of proven experience in talent attraction role
- Good understanding of finance talent market trends and challenges
- Previous experience in building talent acquisition strategies
- Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English
