**For our client, a leading German company specialized in exclusive faucets and high-end products, we are looking for a Technical Service Agent fluent in French to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Service Department / Back-Office in Barcelona.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support customers and the local team by serving as the primary point of contact to provide information, advice and assistance on technical issues.
- Coordinate the external network of technical services for warranty, goodwill or maintenance work.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager in terms of technical advice when necessary.
- Support the subsidiary in achieving quality standards and results.

**SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Communicate information effectively in a friendly and supportive manner to various stakeholders (HQ, local colleagues, end customers, external partners...).
- Understand and appreciate the commercial impact of decisions.
- Passionate about service and assistance: a positive attitude towards delivering excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to solve problems and improve work processes.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Team player: effective in a team-based environment and supportive of team objectives.
- Able to manage time effectively and handle different priorities and deadlines.

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE**
- Available to work on a full-time basis.
- Experience in using ERPs and CRMs (Microsoft AX and myXRM may be a plus).
- Eager to learn, capable of taking on new tasks or responsibilities independently.
- Accustomed to working in international environments.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

French - Native or bilingual.

English and Spanish - proficient level (spoken and written).
