Do you have strong communication skills (French / German or Italian), and would you like to work in an international environment? This is your chance, because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in the amazing area of Barcelona (part-time as well as full-time)

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

- Giving advice and providing solutions
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Discipline, accuracy and reliability
- Respectful and positive attitude towards customers
- Solution-oriented approach
- Patience
- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner
- Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success

What you also need:

- Native level of French, German or Italian
- Good level of English
- Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- Basic computer skills are required
- Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
