The profile will be integrated in the Research Projects Management Team. The person will be in charge of the management and control of R&D projects and grants awarded to USP-CEU (with internal and external funding).

The main tasks will include:

- The management of the budget of R&D projects and grants, planning and monitoring of the execution of expenditure, redefinition of the budget where appropriate, response to requirements, support in the preparation of audits, among others.
- Guarantee compliance with institutional policies and the regulations and policies of the entities financing the projects.
- Registration and continuous updating of projects in internal and external project management tools.

**Requirements**:

- Professional training for medium level (FP1: Administrative Management Technician) or Second-Degree Vocational Training (FP2: senior technician in administration and finance
- Experience and training in management of R&D projects and grants, etc.
- C1 Espanish
- B2 English

Competencies and Skills:

- Analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks.
- IT literate.
