**Role**

As our **Salesforce Product Owner** you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

You will own the roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

These will be some of your tasks:

- **Define and prioritize the Product roadmap**, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Translate **business requirements into User Stories.**:

- Provide **Salesforce administration support for the Customer & Operations team.**:

- **Analyze and verify requirements** for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- To collaborate with **UX/UI, developers and QA and the business stakeholders.**:

- **Create epics and user stories**, and prioritise the backlog in line with the product roadmap and business processes.
- Be a part of the **design, development and testing process.**:

- Ensures that **continual product value is aligned** with customer and business needs.

Now, what are your other strengths?
- **+2,5 years **of previous experience as a **Product Owner**:

- Experience doing **business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or support.**:

- **Technical writing.**:

- **Strong functional knowledge** of Salesforce platform.
- **Positive attitude in fast-moving, pressurized environments.**:

- Demonstrated **Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban).**:

- Good** communication & management skills.**:

- Knowledge of **JIRA and Confluence.**:

- **Salesforce Admin Certification **is required.
- **Agile Product Owner Certification, Scrum Master Certification or User Experience Design Certification** is required.

**What can you expect from our hiring process**

**1st step**: Cultural fit interview**

**2nd step: Technical test**

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

**3rd step: Technical Interview with the team**

After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
