What is the purpose/mission of the position?

Salesforce Product Owner is together with other members of the Product Management Team responsible for achieving success of the product. She/He is also together with the other members of the Product Management Team accountable for effective Product Backlog Management.

What are the tasks that you’ll perform?- Together with other members of the Product Management Team creates, clearly communicates (clarifies) and orders Product Backlog Items on the Product Backlog- Drives all product-related activities of her/his Scrum Team from stakeholder collaboration, verification, maintenance, operation, experimentation, research and development, and anything else that might be required- Drives Product Backlog Refinement of her/his Scrum Team- Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of her/his Scrum Team- Supports Product Manager in continuous definition and evolution of the Product Vision and the Product Roadmap- Supports Product Manager in maximizing the overall value of the product resulting from the combined work of all Scrum Teams- Represents her/his Scrum Team in the Product Management Team and as well represents the Product Manager in her/his Scrum Team

What are we looking for?- University Degree- English level C1 - Advanced- First level Product Owner certification (PSPO, CSPO)- At least 2 years of experience in Product Owner position- Advanced knowledge of and experience with agile software development- Basic knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework- Basic knowledge of scaling frameworks such as especially SAFe,..- Advanced stakeholder management, communications and negotiation skills, customer / user centricity, team player, result oriented- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Platform as advantage- Basic user experience (UX) skills
