As our Vice President of Learning, you'll be the mastermind behind an AI-powered educational revolution that's breaking free from traditional classroom constraints. You'll lead a dynamic team in crafting personalized learning experiences that transform how students learn, grow, and succeed.

**What you will be doing**
- Pioneer an AI-driven educational ecosystem that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes
- Connect with students virtually to gather real-world insights and drive platform improvements
- Transform complex learning data into actionable strategies using AI/ML capabilities
- Lead a culture of innovation and data-driven experimentation
- Collaborate across teams to evolve our platform based on real student experiences and outcomes

**Key Responsibilities**
Spearhead the development and optimization of an AI-powered, teacher-free learning environment across multiple campuses. Success is measured through concrete metrics: AP exam excellence and exceptional MAP assessment growth. You'll achieve this by masterfully combining data analytics with direct student feedback to continuously evolve our learning ecosystem.
- Advanced degree (Master's+) in Learning Science, Educational Science, Psychology, or related field
- Proven leadership track record in education or EdTech sectors
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
- Deep understanding of learning science and data-analytics in education
- Superior communication abilities across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellence in cross-functional team leadership
