We are expanding our team in the Banking and Financial Services industry, and we are currently hiring a Functional Consultant with previous experience in Banking sector projects, who would like to be part of our growth and success in this exciting journey in the Continental Europe region.

What will make you successful in this position?
- Having extensive experience in Wealth Banking functional areas.
- Having end-to-end implementation experience of Core Banking.
- Having experience in understanding the Business Process Modeling and Gap Identification Process.
- Having the ability to front-end discussions with client and other vendor partners related to wealth management.
- Having excellent requirement gathering, requirements management and gapping skills experience.
- Having past experience in developing functional specifications documents and hands-on experience in user case writing.
- Having prior experience as a Wealth Banking domain business analyst.
- Being proficient in Postman, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Having experience with Cascade Methodologies.
- Having experience of working on Temenos products.

What will be your mission?
- Tracking multiple projects’ progress and issues, managing risks, and making adjustments as needed.
- Gathering requirements, analyzing, and performing gap analysis.
- Performing UAT testing.
- Managing client stakeholders.
- Supporting the development team.
- Analyzing the impact of changes in requirements.
- Conducting training.
- Participating in design reviews on solutions for the client.
- Supporting business acceptance testing.
- Communicating status with leadership and project teams.
