Role Description
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Wealth & Asset Management, you will play a key role combining business knowledge and technology to design and deliver strategic transformation projects for leading financial institutions.
You will have the opportunity to participate or lead project workstreams related to:
- Strategy and benchmarking of W&AM tools and platforms
- Implementation of strategic market solutions and platform re-engineering
- Functional design and business requirements definition
- Project & Program Management
- Process improvement, operational efficiency & quality assurance
- Business needs analysis and identification of high-impact solutions
- You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and interact with senior stakeholders to shape the future of the Asset & Wealth industry.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in consulting within Banking or Financial Services
- (For Analyst roles, previous consulting experience is a strong plus but not mandatory)
- Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management or Fund Distribution (required for Consultant / Senior Consultant)
- Previous experience in technology-related consulting: platform implementation, benchmarking, functional analysis, testing or deployment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, dynamic and able to work in fast-paced environments
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint. Technical knowledge (Python, R) is a plus.
Location
Madrid or Barcelona (other locations in Spain may be considered)
