Job Description**
Working as a core member of our Digital Labs project team, you will define and deploy the Change Management strategy for our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) project across our Rollout teams.**
**More specifically, you will**:

Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
- Integrate change management activities into project plan;
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications;
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs;
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

**Qualifications**:

Experience of leading change management in global IT programs;
- Knowledge of LIMS (such as Starlims, CCLAS, LabVantage or other solution) is advantageous but non-essential;
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a benefit.

Additional Information**
This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
