As a Manager - HR Operations Europe & Africa, you will be working directly with employees, manage the overall HR operations to assist the partnership and provide support to all line managers. As main accountability you will manage the payroll for European legal entities.

**What will you do?**:

- Prepare monthly payroll with Accelya’s third-party vendors for UK, France and Spain.
- Ensure the timely delivery of monthly payroll files
- Work closely with the People & Culture and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of the payroll data. Including, but not limited to, data related to new hires, terminations, transfers, variable compensation inputs and job information changes
- Maintain the updated employee information in our tools (Oracle & Captio)
- Carry out communication with Finance and payroll providers, creating and maintaining files as needed
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks
- Assist with annual statutory audits and other audits as required
- Support other members of the HR ops, People and culture and finance team as needed

**What do you need to know?**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Law in regards to labor, social security, and taxes in European jurisdictions, in particular for UK, France and Spain.
- Must have a high degree of operational execution knowledge as a HR specialist or HR Operations
- Must have strong proficiency in the functional use of HRIS like Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics, Success Factors, Workday, Taleo, etc
- A proactive mentality, as well as strong organization and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Fluency in Spanish and English, as it is the company’s working language, French would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills dealing with employees on every level.
- Must have experience in Core HR Processes (Service Management, Service Delivery, Process Management, Compliance Requirements)
- Unquestioned integrity and experience, confidence and stature to effectively address sensitive HR issues
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree
