We are currently looking for _Call Center Agents (f/m/d)_ who are _Native Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian Speakers _for our customer service center in Palma de Mallorca.

**Your tasks**
- acquiring customers and generating leads for key accounts and field sales
- identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
- providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
- providing further information on the key features and following up on customer requests
- working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
**Your profile**
- native in one of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
- good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
- Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level newcomers are welcome
- target driven and ambitious personality
- thorough and responsible way of working
- friendly and communicative
- confident and professional on the phone
- good working knowledge of MS Office
