**In this role, the Sr. Consultant will lead complex client engagements and drive value across end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires a proven leader with deep supply chain**expertise**, strong analytical insight, and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders. This role will play a critical role in shaping solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enable growth for our clients.**

**Responsibilities**

**_ _**
- **Lead strategic supply chain assessments and transformation projects for clients across multiple industries.**

**_ _**
- **Analyze supply chain performance data and**identify** areas for optimization in procurement,**logistics**, planning, inventory management, and manufacturing.**

**_ _**
- **Design and implement data-driven solutions using best practices in supply chain modeling, forecasting, and network optimization.**

**_ _**
- **Advise clients on digital supply chain initiatives, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced planning systems, AI/ML integration, and automation technologies.**

**_ _**
- **Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.**

**_ _**
- **Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.**

**_ _**
- **Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes**impacting** supply chain operations.**

**_ _**
- **Manage day-to-day client interactions and**facilitate** workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.**

**_ _**
- **Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**_ _**

**Minimum Qualifications**

**_ _**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management**, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant**Master’s** degree preferred.**

**_ _**
- **Experience in supply chain consulting, operations strategy, or related leadership roles.**

**_ _**
- **Demonstrated** success in leading supply chain transformation or optimization projects.**

**_ _**
- **Advanced analytical skills with**proficiency** in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP IBP).**

**_ _**
- **Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, S&OP, inventory management,**logistics** optimization, and supply chain risk management.**

**_ _**
- **Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.**

**_ _**
- **Experience working in or with global supply chain networks and multinational teams.**

**_ _**

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**

**_ _**
- **APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)**

**_ _**
- **Six Sigma Black Belt**

**_ _**
- **PMP or equivalent project management certification**

**_ _**
- **Certification in Kinaxis Contributor 1 and 2 and Author 1**

**_ _**
- **Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.**

**_ _**
- **Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives.**
