We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* & palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier)
As Revenue Management Intern, you’d support our centralized Revenue Management & Distribution Team (comprising 4 people) at our head office in Barcelona.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
- Work closely with the head of distribution and revenue management to onboard new properties and update the existing portfolio across distribution channels
- Assist in the pricing strategies for existing and new markets for both online and offline distribution
- Competitive benchmarking, market analysis and research
- Provide pricing recommendations for new properties
- Data extraction, blending, report creation and analysis
- Rate and restriction loading through PMS and Revenue Management systems
- Assist in design and creation of Revenue Management dashboards and cross system analysis
**KEY INFORMATION**
- Internship start: August / September (flexible)
- You’ll get 10 days of paid vacation during your internship for a 6-month internship
- We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week - the rest of the time, it's up to you
- Paid internship: 600€/month

**ABOUT YOU**
**The must-haves**:
- You are available for a period of 6 months
- You are currently enrolled in or have just finished your studies in hospitality or business administration/management; we are offering a becario, i.e. an agreement between the university, yourself and Emerald Stay
- You speak (and write) English fluently
- You have at least 6 months of experience in a working environment, preferably in English
- You are eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona
- You are proficient in Excel (will be tested)
**The nice-to-haves**:
- Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
- Foundational knowledge of data science and business intelligence concepts is a plus
- Proven track record of successful analytical or distribution / revenue management role
- Experience with revenue management experimentation or working in a hotel sales & revenue management department
- Interest in start-ups and technology
- You have a real passion and understanding of the hospitality industry
- French & Spanish proficiency
