- At Vision Factory we provide you with an opportunity for an internship in the exciting career field of
- **Tourism Management**.- The central role of a Tourism Manager is to study tour destinations, plan tours, make travel arrangements, and provide accommodation. Moreover, it involves marketing efforts to attract tourists to travel to particular destinations. If you are a communicative and customer-oriented person, with an awareness of different cultures and organizational skills, you might be a perfect match for this position.-
**As an intern in our Tourism Management Department, your main tasks include**:
- Planning trips, conferences and other events
Source and plan both, internal meetings and wholesaler incentives to include hotel accommodations, transportation, meeting space details, food and beverage details, recreational activities, and all other details related to the program. On-site management of certain programs is required.
Ensure that the trip or event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Organize responsibilities to ensure completion and compliance with standards
Provide management with proactive input and contribute to regularly scheduled meetings with management to help improve our reservations and service processes as well as the working environment

You have good English reading and speaking abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are highly motivated to contribute your skills and knowledge about Tourism Management to our daily business
