**_ AZUL HANDLING_**_, _in co-operation with our partner airline **_RYANAIR_**, is currently looking for an** IT SUPPORT & SECURITY TECHNICIAN **to join our** Head Office team in Seville on a full-time permanent basis**

**ROLE**:

- Maintaining and repairing security-related concerns in the Company. You will identify and troubleshoot basic network related problems on hardware or software. Also you will monitor alarm wiring and equipment and ensure work is under the safety standards
- Setting of all IT designs throughout the Company, including the responsibility to directly manage the supply, purchase and installation on site and by itself, of all the necessary infrastructure and systems at all airports and offices throughout Spain
- Ongoing monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks evaluating new technology needs for all departments and resource optimization
- Helpdesk tasks of remote technical assistance to employees with daily tasks (P.E: Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues, printer connections, etc.)
- Manage the business relationships and contracts with telephone, IT and network companies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications engineering or related field
- Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification strongly preferred
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer preferred
- 1-3 years of hands-on demonstrated experience (not exclusively call centre or helpdesk related experience) working in a fast-paced environment required
- 2-5 years of security administration
- Experience in IT installations (hardware and software), structured cabling and certifications
- Strong background in network security, computer systems, and the information security landscape
- Ability to work on call as needed
- Knowledge of research techniques and information security policies
- Ability to rapidly problem solve, multi-task role prioritises essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, requiring mínimal supervision
- Fluent Spanish and English will be a plus
- Valid driver’s license (B)
- Available to work from the office
- To be based in Seville with flexibility to travel, sometimes at short notice
- Flexible to support unexpected situations in our operations (sometimes weekends and holidays)
