**About The Role**:
As a Sales and Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in identifying, approaching, and attracting top talent for our clients. You will also play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- Native in Spanish and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish job market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
